RecommendedMy husband & I just moved to the east-side. We were in need of window treatments for our condo. I did not do a lot of comparison shopping. We ordered what we wanted and Matt came out a few days later to measure windows and make sure what we ordered would work on each window. Within a month, we were able to get a date for install and we are very happy with our selection and the installation! We also had blinds put in our master bedroom bay window.

RecommendedI’ve used Vertical Vic’s for 3 homes so far. Just had all our window treatments replaced and couldn’t be happier. They have always been great! We did up/down shades, some new wide shades in our great room and a beautiful Roman shade in kitchen. Everything was installed very professionally! Very happy with our new decor! Highly recommend.

We had a terrible experience at Vertical Vic’s. We ordered custom blinds and got the worst quality, worst craftsmanship, terrible looking blinds. We have tried for over a year to get this issue resolved, with no luck. Buyer beware.

Hi Shelly, your order is from 2022. We offered you several solutions to resolve you not liking the woven woods you chose for your home. Woven woods are a natural material, they do fray a little on the ends. The vendor did offer for you to chose something else, we offered you different blinds and pricing with your refund of the woven woods. You did not like any of these options.
