RecommendedWe order window coverings for 2 windows in the great room and the door wall in the kitchen. From the time we walked in the showroom door it was nothing but great customer service. When the installer came to the house to install the coverings. he was on top of his game and did a perfect installation. We will be going back for more window coverings soon. :) :) :) :)

Just had a doorwall oufitted with shades. It turned out spectacular! The staff and installer were top notch...highly recommend.
I like the staff and their prices. My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did not try to sell me on items I was not interested in. Had verticals installed within a couple of weeks after ordering. Installer was very professional and answered questions I had. Also, gave me information in caring for my verticals.
Their whole team, from sales to installation is so professional and knowledgeable. The sales agent took a lot of time with me and did a very good job at recommending the type of window treatments for our home. The installation teams measured and installed the draperies with utmost care. We are very pleased with Verticle Vic's and highly recommend them.
From our first visit to the store to the install of our new blinds everyone we talked to did what ever they could to keep us aware of what was happening and when our blinds would be done and installed. We could not be happier with the whole process.
This is the second time I used Vertical Vics for blinds. I am very happy with my purchase. Everyone is so professional, courteous and helpful. The store employees , the gentleman who came to measure and the installer were all awesome. I highly recommend this company for their quality and price. I purchased Hunter Douglas faux wood blinds in the color sea salt.
