Lack of both experience & customer service Only interested in the sale, sales staff does not listen to what the customer wants. Installation not done properly then customer service does not exist after the installation is complete. Apparently have not heard of caller iD yet since they claimed they attempted to contact me all week. No missed calls on home or cell phone.
