I had a very positive experience with Regency Shutters. The plantation shutters I ordered were custom made and were of excellent quality. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend this company.

Love this company! My husband and I have used them twice in our new home. We had custom drapes and rods made for our master bedroom and a roller shade for one of our sliding glass doors as well! Both came out perfect and looks SO good! Their work is an immediate upgrade to any room. Highly recommend RS everyone I’ve spoke to on the phone as well as the men that have come to our home for installation have been so nice and professional! 10/10 customer service thank you guys so much :)
Regency was excellent! My shutters are beautiful and they made the process simple. I tried navigating all of the online sites and knew I was going to end up with something that didn’t fit or that I didn’t want. I walked in to the show room and was taken care of immediately shutters were ready within the timeframe they promised. Steven who installed them, was meticulous and thorough. I couldn’t be happier!
We were very pleased with our experience with Regency Shades. Angela returned our calls promptly, and came to our condo on time to give us personalized help in choosing the right shades for our needs.
