Couldn't be happier! Jhet did everything he said he would do - arrived promptly to show us product samples and offered advice to help us make our selection. Was able to get the product installed more quickly than several other companies we got estimates from. The price was competitive and Jhet showed up exactly when he said he would to do the installation. From now on we'll only be getting shades, blinds, etc. from Variety Blinds and Shutters.
The other reviews looked great - why not for me? I called Tim and had him and Anthony come out to my house on May 21st. We had about 8 windows needing help. He said he would get us pricing, but then ghosted us. I called a few days later and was told he would get something to me right away...nothing. Now, over a week later, I called this a.m. and was told he would get to me right away. . .. now about 10 p.m. I am looking at the other blind, shade, and drape companies. Jhet and his team did SUCH an amazing job on our shutters!! My husband and I absolutely LOVE them, they are so so beautiful!! The whole process was so straight forward and easy from start to finish. Jhet came over with some great samples and was very helpful in describing how everything would work and what all our options were. Once we made our choices, he came by and put up temporary shades for us while we waited for our shutters to come in. Jhet came out and installed blinds for our entire house. He made the process straightforward, easy and the quality of the blinds for the price are unbeatable. Once the order was ready, he came out and installed them all in less than an hour. I could not be more happy with our beautiful motorized blinds! I would highly recommend Variety Blinds and Shutters! (the pictures do not do these blinds justice)
Tim Dobbins with Variety Blinds went out of his way to make sure we purchased the right blinds, had them professionally installed at a reasonable price in a timely fashion. Couldn’t ask for better service.
