My experience with shade Brother was very positive. Very nice people the our installer. Andy was wonderful great attitude and knew what he was doing and made us feel very comfortable and he was great. Very polite man. Our sales lady was also very wonderful very helpful and a pleasant person.
Eric came to check out the remote that was not working. Very thorough with his troubleshooting and found the problem was with the electrical box. The breaker was the issue and fixed it immediately. Very happy with the service and would recommend Shade Brothers services.
