We had Shade Brothers install two blackout shades for our bedrooms and a standard one for our living room. Everyone we met and talked too were very professional and knew the business. From the office manager Kay, Angie who came to the house to help us pick out the shades, Jim who measured the windows to Chad who installed them. They all did a great job and I would highly recommend this company.
Shade Brothers is the most amazing and caring company I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I had ordered a shade for my patio and Angie (one of the owners) came to measure and work with me on choosing a color that would still allow me to see "thru" the screen. She even had the cover dropped off early so I could paint it the color I wanted. Shade Bros installed hurricane shades to help protect our lanai area. They worked closely with us to accomplish what we were trying to do. The install was great. We had some questions after the install. They immediately came back out to explain what we were seeing and assure us that everything was working properly. We have already used the shades more than we expected. Arguably the best investment we have made in our home. They are a great family run business.
We had 7 outdoor shades installed a little over a year ago. We spent close to $27,000 for all of them. This was a sizable investment in our outdoor space. The installation went well. When I had an issue with a shade they were able to get someone over to address it relatively quickly. Now the 1 year since install has passed.
