Shade Brothers produces a high quality product. We have had lanai and a garage screen installed and have been very satisfied with the installation and service. The finished product is top notch. These guys are awesome! I had an issue with a powered roll down shade in the lanai at a house I bought. Shade Brothers installed them for the previous owner and they came out an fixed the issue, and even replaced the shade that had the problem. Pleasant to deal with from the office people who answered the phone (and all of my questions) to the guys who came out to the house. The kind of service you just don't see any more. Thanks!
Our experience with Shade Brothers was top notch all the way. Joanne was pleasant and professional on the phone, Tina was very informative, candid and well spoken when she came to the house. Jim who did the final measurements knew what he was doing and answered our questions with confidence and patience. Paul and Eric did the actual install. They were courteous, professional and skilled while expertly installing the shades on our lanai. We would respectfully recommend The Shade Brothers to anyone.
Shade Brothers just installed four (4) 8 ft wd x 11 ft tall solar shade ( lithium battery ) on our lanai. Sales was professional, installation folks were great and the shades are fantastic. I would certainly recommend them highly.
