We ordered blinds for our entire house through Luxe Drapery and Shades. Hugo took great care of us from start to finish. He helped us choose the right blinds for all the rooms taking time to explain the pros and cons of each type of blind. Hugo was also onsite to install all the blinds and quick to respond to a couple follow up visits after the installation. Customer service has been above and beyond. Highly recommend Luxe Drapery and Shades!
Too bad I’m limited to Five Stars! Labor Day weekend and power shades won’t budge. Hugo took time and incredible patience to walk me through the battery recharge and reprogramming procedure. After numerous calls and his unwavering, clear and positive communication I got everything working. Truly saved the weekend. Finally a company that “gets” the true meaning of customer service. That wonderful rarity combining professionalism, response service and kind people that care about details working on your house. Sure we had some initial punch list issues, yet there were all dealt with finesse, timeliness and class. It was a pleasure working with this team.
