It’s been about a week since we got our roller shades installed in all of the rooms in our house, and the biggest compliment would be my husband saying “these shades are too good because I keep sleeping in” 😂 The timing of the installation was perfect because of the heat we were getting and wow they keep our house so cool inside. Hugo was great! He helped guide me to fix my Somfy battery pack even though his company wasn’t the ones who installed the electric blinds. I would use his company in the future.

Hugo has been a fantastic person to work with. In our original order in 2024 we had a few last minute changes that he was able to accommodate easily and quickly then. Recently, over a year since Hugo installed treatments in our home, we ran into an issue with one of our shades and we also made our own separate modification to one of the shades that didn't work out great -- Hugo just came over and fixed both of the issues without a question!
