The BEST customer service! From the time Cody came to our house for the initial consultation until the shades were installed we received great customer service AND communication. We knew what to expect each step of the way. The installers were tidy and made sure to clean up after they were done. Cody even checked in twice after the job was completed to make sure we were still pleased and everything looked good. He was also available after hours and weekends with any questions we had. LEVEL 1 customer service!
I love my new blinds from Gotcha Covered! It is excellent quality! The woman in the office Cyndi was great and David the install technician installed the blinds very quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely recommend Gotcha Covered!
Cyndi was very welcoming and helpful with choosing the right colors and fabrics for our home. We had pretty accurate measurements, which allowed her to give us a quote while we were looking at samples. Very customer service, punctual and excellent communication. David, the installer did a great job measuring and installing our shades. I would highly recommend Gotcha Covered!
