Our experience with Gotcha Covered far exceeded our hopes and expectations. We had home visits from two designers to review options for blinds for our kitchen and extensive draperies for our family room. The whole crew at Gotcha were so great when the original install did not match what I'd discussed with the original designer. The install was flawless and looked great but it was covering the door part of our triple slide window. A quick call and a few emails to show the sketches from the original designer, who had left after placing several orders, had sent and an action plan was in place to get it fixed.
