Very positive from initial scheduling for the in-home consultation by one of the owners to the installation by Joseph Wright in the expected time frame. This family operated business has its act together and folks hare courteous, efficient and expertise. I put the room darkening shades in every window in my house!
I was referred to Gotcha Covered out of Raleigh NC because I was having trouble finding someone to cover the windows on a two story, black wall.
