Dreamhouse was excellent from start to finish. Aaron came to our home with very helpful suggestions and samples. He was so knowledgeable but in no way pushy or overselling. He introduced us to the Zebra shades and we thought it was a perfect fit. Aaron showed us many styles and colors to chose from. We placed the order for the whole house and he said 4-6 weeks. We had a couple estimates before calling Dreamhouse and we were actually really bummed out because we didn't realize putting up window coverings for our new house would break the bank so badly! Well then in walks Aaron. He didn't make us feel bad or pressure us at all. We worked together and figured out what would work best for us. Dream house has fulfilled all of our whole house window Covering needs. They are easy to contact and always eager and available to follow up and service their product if necessary. Dream house is a small local company that holds customer service as a priority, and their rates are very reasonable.
I used Brent for a shutter install at my house in Summerlin. He was responsive to my request and continued to be great with communication from beginning to end. He showed up on time and was great on pricing, materials and install.. and just courteous! I got estimates and responses from others on Yelp, but no one as prompt and reasonable as Brent. As a small business owner, I really appreciate quality service and would unreservedly recommend Dreamhouse to any friend/neighbor, etc!
We are ecstatic about our new shutters!! They look amazing! The service from start to finish was very smooth and very professional.
