Upon buying our modest, new retirement home, at the recommendation of our realtor, we contacted Carolina Shutter & Blinds to help us with the selection of window treatments. Two years ago when I first worked with Carolina Shutter and Blinds, the representative I was dealing with wrote "Our main goal is to provide outstanding customer service, and we value your business." The installation team was incredibly professional – they were on time, efficient, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. We met Jackson when he came to our new build to measure for shutters. Today he came and installed the shutters and we were most pleased with his courteousness, great personality and respectfulness. He is the type of person I would invite to our house socially. He came with Joel, who was equally pleasant. Both efficient and hung all the shutters in a short period and we are most pleased with how they look. Will definitely recommend Carolina Shutters and Jackson!!
