I would say there level of communication is high when they want your business. They met me at my house to give me an estimate and the sales person was very nice / knowledgeable. However, when it came time for the estimate, it was almost double the other vendors that I had met with in the area for very similar products (just different brands). RecommendedUsed these guys 3 years ago for my office top/down bottom/up shades. Great experience and quick and reliable when an adjustment needed to be made. Now installing plantation shutters and movie room darkening shades. On time estimate with great communication! And someone always answers the phone when I have questions, and their a local business...highly recommend.
