I visited the Waukesha location of Bay View Shade & Blind for the first time today because they were listed as one of two local dealers for Somfy, the wireless automatic control system I have for our Grabor blinds. One of the motors for our 10 year-old Somfy/Grabor system was no longer responding properly and I feared I would need to spend an arm and a leg to replace if it couldn't be re-programmed to factory settings.
